2

Get Quo on your phone and laptop

Quo is our business phone. Your 387-ADAM line rings on both, and every call is recorded and transcribed for you.

California recording rule

Calls are recorded. Say it in your first line, every time: "Hey, this is Adam with BrandFamous, this call may be recorded." Then go into the opener.
3

Record your voicemail greeting

When a prospect calls you back, they should hear you. Write it here, read it a few times, then record it.

Your greeting (saves on this device)
About 12 secondsAim for under 20 seconds

Where to record it in Quo

  1. Desktop app or my.quo.com: Settings, then Phone numbers.
  2. Click your line, (602) 387-2326.
  3. Open the Call flow tab and click the Voicemail box at the bottom.
  4. Choose Record, read your greeting, then Save.
  5. Test it: call your number from another phone and let it ring out.

Tips: smile while you talk (it's audible), quiet room, no "um" restarts. Never promise a time like "within the hour".

Scripts you'll use on calls

Cold call opener"Hey, is this [first name]? [First name], this is Adam with BrandFamous, this call may be recorded. Quick one, I promise. My team builds websites for [trade] companies around [city], and instead of pitching you, we already built one for [business name]. I emailed it over this morning. Want me to text you the link so you can pull it up on your phone?"
Voicemail you leave (once, under 20 seconds)"Hi [first name], Adam with BrandFamous. My team built a new website for [business name], I sent the link to your email. Take a look on your phone. Call or text me at 602, 387, 2326. Again, Adam, 602, 387, 2326."
"What's the catch?""Fair question. We build the site nearly at cost. We make our money when businesses keep us around to host it and grow. The site is how we prove we're worth it."

Subject: built Sunny Carpet Care a website
Hi Maria,

I came across Sunny Carpet Care, a carpet cleaner in Irvine, on Google. Great rating, and your website could be working a lot harder for you. So my team built you one.

Here it is: sunnycarpetcare.brandfamousmarketing.com
Pull it up on your phone, that's where your customers will see it.

If you like it, worth a 10-minute call? We customize it further once we work together. If not, keep the link, no hard feelings.

What you see on the card

"Emailed 7:14 am" and the exact email that went out. When you call, you can say "I emailed it over this morning."

After a voicemail

Tap Left VM and you'll get "Send the voicemail follow-up?" It replies in the same thread: "Just left you a voicemail, here's the site again." On by default, one tap, or skip it.

Daily cold email limit

To keep your inbox out of spam, cold emails ramp up slowly. The CRM shows how many you have left today and raises the limit every Monday.
Week 1 25/day
Week 2 35/day
Week 3 45/day
Week 4+ 50/day

Replies to people who write back never count toward the limit. Talk to them as much as you want, it actually helps.

Booking calls and closing deals

Two more links you'll use every day.

Pricing guardrails

Websites start at $500. You have discretion on the build price from $500 up (typical is up to about $2,500). The $99/month Care Plan is fixed and starts automatically 30 days after payment.
7

Your day

Simple rhythm. The CRM keeps score and celebrates the wins.

  1. Morning: open the CRM, click Today. Hot leads first (anyone who replied or called back).
  2. Power block: work the Today list top to bottom. Start with 40 dials a day.
  3. Tap an outcome on every call. That's how follow-ups and emails run themselves.
  4. Check your adam@ inbox a few times a day. Reply fast, replies are your warmest leads.
  5. Demos: 10 minutes on Meet, walk them through their mockup, close on the Deals page.

The math

About 80 to 100 dials plus your daily emails gets you to 3 booked demos a day. One demo a day is about 20 a month. Close a quarter to half of those and that's 5 to 10 new sites a month.
